Straight answers to the questions we hear most about visas, skills assessments, employer sponsorship, and our guarantees.
Yes — every employer in our network holds legitimate 482 sponsorship approval, verified by our team before listing. We share employer profiles — company name, industry, current sponsorship status — during your free consultation, before you commit to anything. If we cannot offer you a real pathway, we will tell you at the consultation rather than take your money.
The 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) visa allows you to work in Australia temporarily for up to 4 years with a sponsoring employer. The 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme) visa grants permanent residency directly. Many of our clients start on a 482 and transition to the 186 via the Transition Stream after 2–3 years with their sponsor — we map the full pathway at your free consultation.
The 482 visa process typically takes 3 to 12 months depending on your occupation, the employer's existing sponsorship approval status, and current Department of Home Affairs processing times. We provide a personalised timeline at your free consultation based on your specific circumstances.
Victoria 190 state nomination processing typically ranges from 2 to 12 months depending on your occupation, current points score, and the nomination round. We match you to the state with the strongest nomination likelihood for your occupation and give you a realistic timeline before you commit.
Yes. Our programs are designed for international students and skilled workers at various stages. The Career Launch Program builds the Australian work experience needed for migration eligibility, while employer-sponsored pathways connect you with employers who provide both employment and nomination support. No PR or prior job offer is required to start.
Your initial consultation with RedBridge is completely free. Our program fees start from AUD 50,000 and vary by service type. Government visa application fees are separate and range from approximately AUD 3,000 to AUD 8,000 depending on the visa subclass. All costs — our fees, government charges, and Insight Idea legal costs — are clearly documented in a formal Client Agreement before you commit to anything.
Yes. We offer milestone-based instalment plans structured across 3–4 stages — you only pay as progress is made. You are never required to pay the full amount upfront. All payment terms are documented in your Client Agreement before any work begins. We accept Bank Transfer, PayID, and BPAY.
If you complete our program and your skills assessment is unsuccessful, we continue supporting you at no additional cost until you pass. Our programs are specifically designed to meet the documented requirements of CAANZ, ACS, and AMI — using the correct format, hours, and supporting evidence.
