We work in conjunction with Insight Idea — a registered Australian law firm and MARA registered migration agent — who handles all formal migration and legal matters on behalf of clients.
While RedBridge Consulting leverages an extensive professional network and deep industry expertise to maximise your employment and visa prospects, Australian immigration laws and employer demands are subject to government policy changes and economic conditions. As such, RedBridge Consulting cannot and does not guarantee the successful granting of any visa, state nomination, skills assessment, or securing of an employment contract.
We are committed to honest, upfront eligibility assessments. If we assess that a pathway is not achievable for your circumstances, we will communicate this clearly before any fees are paid or agreements are signed.
By engaging with our services and submitting data through our portal, you agree that all information, documents, academic transcripts, test scores, and resumes provided to RedBridge Consulting are 100% accurate, truthful, and not misleading in any respect.
RedBridge Consulting assumes no liability for application failures, assessment rejections, or visa refusals resulting from fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect client-provided information.
Initial consultations booked through our website are free of charge and carry no obligation. Any subsequent consulting fees, service charges, or program tuition will be explicitly outlined in a formal, legally binding Client Agreement presented to you prior to the commencement of any paid services.
All fees are structured across milestone-based payment stages. You will not be required to pay the full program fee in a single upfront payment. Government visa application fees, where applicable, are separate from RedBridge Consulting program fees and are payable directly to the Department of Home Affairs.
