RedBridge Consulting is looking for a creative, proactive, and driven Marketing Specialist Intern to join our Docklands team. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy, directly contributing to campaigns that help international talents secure their future in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RedNote).
- Assist in creating compelling visual and written content (graphics, short-form videos, copy).
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Australian migration and employment sectors.
- Monitor campaign analytics and help optimize digital ad performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends, particularly on Instagram and XiaoHongShu.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual proficiency in English & Mandarin is highly regarded).
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
